I just got my new iPhone se 2020 from Walmart. Ordered online from the deal that was going on. I went to open the sim tray with the ejector pin and broke a tiny piece of the bottom of the tray off. I have never had to return or exchange an iPhone before. Can I just go to a Walmart and they will let me an exchange for another brand new iPhone? Or what do I need to do? Thanks!

Take it back to Walmart and tell them what happened. Walmart is very good about returns. They very likely will give you a new one. By the way, sometimes that small tray can become stuck so be gentle when using the SIM card remover pin.
thanks for the reply. at&t or apple always installed them for me so it was my first time doing it so I may have tried too hard. hope it will be easy to exchange. thanks!
