That rattle you hear when you shake your phone? its the camera lens, its supposed to do that.
Why are you not getting a full 16/32/64gb? because formatted memory is actually lower, as is true with all hard drives, also allow for firmware on the phone
The calls sound muffled and i can barely hear the person on the other end? remove the plastic from the front of the phone
The camera quality sucks! all the pictures coming out blurry?
remove the plastic from the back!
