New iPod Touch 2G arrived from Apple Online Store with OS 2.2.1, and, of course, iTunes wants to charge the $9.95 upgrade fee. I could understand this happening if I picked it up from a 3rd party vendor who may have had it in stock before the release of new OS, but coming from Apple, months after new OS is released, is not in any way cool. I have tried the feedback to get this resolved, but so far, not a peep. Tried their callback, and when it called back, received "All agents are busy" Has anyone else had this happen? If you resolved it, how? Thanks for any help!
