Hi everyone.

For anyone who has a New iPod Touch 6th Gen.

I have two questions:

1. Does the Apple Watch work with it?
2. Does Fitbit use the M8 to count steps
3. Any camera samples? How does it compare to the 5th Gen camera?

Very close to buying one, so thanks for your help/advice. Really appreciated.

No idea on the iWatch and Fitbit compatibility, but I took a few preliminary shots last night (indoor, low light, no flash) and the images look great. The iDevice camera quality is really the only thing I miss since moving to Android. Apparently the Touch 6G uses the same cameras as what are used in the latest iPad.

How's the battery life? Gaming wise?

For anyone that bought the iPod touch 64GB (6th gen. obviously) version, how many gigs are taken from the 64gb? Thanks in advance :)

I'd ballpark around 55GB to be safe. My 4th gen 64GB model had 59GB, but my iPhone 6 Plus has 55GB. Thanks to iOS using more space every year and for formatting and base 10 differences. Such as my 160GB iPod Classic is around 148 or so, and the 80GB 5.5G is about 74 something.

Remember, when iOS9 comes out you should get a bit of that space back as they have refined the OS to take less room.

I got one:

1. it's mega fast
2. camera is superb, burst mode, 120fps filming is superb
3. Games (modern combat 5 is soooo smooth and fluid) are much better
4. My old cases work :)
5. It's an iPhone 6 with 4" screen and no phone! (kind of)

1- IIRC, the Apple Watch requires an iPhone since that device needs cellular capability. Going off wifi alone won't cut it. However, future versions of the iWatch may allow it to work with the IpT6

2- don't know

3- All I heard is the camera is one of the IpT6's best features

Not to be the "pessimist consumer", but at the very least, assume you won't get anything back to be on the safe side.
