Hi Guys,

After a year and a half of work, I just released an IRC client for both the iPhone and iPad moments ago. It's a universal app, so you only need to buy it once for your devices.

It uses the swiping paradigm like you see in many apps today, like facebook, Gmail and so on. You simply swipe to the left to see your servers and chats, and you swipe to the right to see your channel members. It comes with SASL support as well for those who use servers which require it. I'll be supporting this app very vigorously, as I am an avid IRC user myself who uses it daily. So you can be sure if a problem is found, it will definitely be dealt with.

Let me know how you guys like it, as I'm eager to get some feedback.

Some notable features:
  • Swipe left and right to switch between Main Menu, chat screen and channel members
  • SASL Support
  • Nick and Command completion
  • Text encoding support
  • Local notifications on nick mention in channel
  • IRC 3.1/3.2 support (with server-time and intents)
  • Bouncer menu
  • Nonintrusive notifications allow you to continue talking without and popups which block your view
  • Swipe topic bar to change the topic
  • Multiple server support, each with their own list of nick identities
  • iOS Multitasking built in. Stays online for 10 minutes when the app is in background
  • Easy to use channel/user management when you're an OP on a channel

Here's a link to my website, and appstore link:
