    Cool find, now we need something that'll be able to take advantage of it ;p C'mon iChat! Stream 1.3MP images!

    why don't they advertise this on their site? if anything it's a nice upgrade to mention somewhere on apple's site.

    What software was used to take High res pics? can u use the high rez in iMovie?

    I think it may be old news as far as iMac's go...

    But nowhere on the MBP's site could I find that info.

    I doubt any software other than PhotoBooth or iMovie would be necessary. It's dependant on the camera, not software.

    If it does, then how do you activate it? I took a few pics using photo booth just now and they are still 640*480 px in size.

    I think photobooth automatically takes pics in 640x480. Maybe iMovie is different?

    Edit: maybe in Leopard apps like PhotoBooth and iChat will take advantage of the 1.3MP camera

    Well the software is being used to downscale the Resolution of the camera.

    Um, see that little dot above your display (if you have a MB/P), it's pretty impressive for that. But whoa, nice to hear that lil' camera got a bump.
