New iTunes Logo in iOS7

I'll try and get a picture of this, but my iPhone would not start for some reason (it was in recovery mode) and I connected it to the computer in iTunes and on my phone I got the "connect iPhone to iTunes" prompt - only the icon for iTunes was new. It looked like the current version only flat and used a solider blue (very little if any fade).

(Maybe its been this way in all iOS7 builds but its the first time I have noticed it).

I googled "iOS 7 connect to iTunes" and clicked the images tab, the first picture was this 😛 the new icon is just the iTunes Store icon in ios 7.

That is not it at all. Its blue like the current one only it has slight changes like Find My iPhone.

EDIT: Got my iPod in recovery mode now:

The icon has always matched the OSX icon. I like the new one, hoping it makes it into Mavericks.

IMAGE: Sorry the blues did not capture correctly - they are more like the App Store icon in iOS7 only more of a solid than so gradated, like the one posted above.

Wow. Im pretty sure that icon will come to the Mac too. They've always kept that icon consistent.
 
Here is a better picture I captured today (worked way better in the day light on a my iPhone compared to an iPad 2).

If they change one icon, they'll be changing them all.

I get the feeling that we'll see a total icon redesign in the GM.
 
I just updated my dock with this icon yesterday, it's pretty cool 🙂 I also did the App Store. I wonder hwo the App Store will actually look, usually the App store is designed slightly differently, but I just did them the same.

Wow, I love it! Can't wait until the overhaul the UI of Mac! Even with these new icons it's instantly recognisable as Mac OS still, unlike anything else on the market!
 
Looks pretty nice, but, to be honest, I'd rather the rest of the icons in OS X remain unchanged for the time being… 😱
