Circumventing security (right or wrong) is a bad idea. It's there for a "reason" (right or wrong), and unless you're in IT, I would heartily warn you off trying to do whatever the **** you want to do. It's not your computer, it's a computer owned by your company/university.

Even if you install iTunes it may not work that well. My work PC cannot access certain radio stations. Better to use that handheld thingy.
