Hmm, based on reviews of Seagate's current perpendicular recording 2.5" offering, I'd steer clear. Check out the reviews at NewEgg:

Their non-perpendicular drive of the same capacity and rotational speed does much better in customer reviews.
And to add my own purely anecdotal evidence, I've already had two Seagate drives go bad in my Macbook. I'm currently on my third, all replaced under warranty by Apple. Based on this alone, if I ever replace the drive, I'm probably going with a different brand. And I always thought Seagate had a good reputation...
