New layout for Google News on iPad Safari

Does anyone like this?

I find it frustratingly slow to load (on 25mbps FiOS).

If I wanted something like this, I'd use Flipboard or Currents.

Has anyone found a way to return to "Classic view"?

Google News looks the same to me. How do you get to the new layout?

New layout just appeared on my 3rd gen iPad, but is now gone. I did notice that it was not used on my mother's 1st gen iPad.
