Hey guys, Does anyone know before I call Apple later tomorrow if there is a flat fee to replace a logic board in a Macbook 13" uni, 2.4ghz?

1 of my usb ports are flaky, If the cable moves at all the usb device connected disconnects and the screen blanks out for a 2-3 seconds so their must be a short or something, The macbook unfortunately was knocked over with usb plugged in so I am sure that caused some physical damage to the port and/or board. I would rather play it safe and just replace it. I looked online and boards are from $500-$600 which I can replace myself but was wondering if apple did these cheaper being that they own the parts obviously... Thanks for any info
