How are you trying to install the 10.7.3 update? Do you get any error message you can share the content with us?
I am trying to install the update via the software updater. I get a message saying the the file can't properly expand and is/or corrupt when rebooting to do the install.
are you plugged into power when trying the update? My pro was failing till I tried it while plugged in.

you want to make sure that you are plugged in - some updates don't install if you do not have mag safe connected
I did have the same problem too. I just ended up going to apples website and downloaded the combo update from the website. Had no problems doing it that way.

Isn't it because Apple disabled the Delta update from their servers and the Combo update is the fix?
