New Mac mini and Rosetta

I just received my M1 Mac mini and I set it up without any migration, to keep it as clean as possible. I installed my needed Apps such as Final Cut, Photoshop and Capture One. I know FCP is native, but Photoshop and Capture One runs on Rosetta 2. I opened Photoshop and Capture One without it asking to install Rosetta 2.

So my question is, are the new machines now installed with Rosetta 2?
 
It takes like 3 seconds to install. You may have missed the prompt. I suspect it is already onboard and it just unpacks.
