I'm using my 2008 Mac Pro with two non-Thunderbolt Cinema Displays. Will the new Mac Pro work with my displays?

Yes. You will have no issues with the Cinema displays through a Thunderbolt port.

My ACD's have DVI so I just purchased the Display port adapter and works just fine.

if you have the mini display port .. you will be fine .. if you have a dvi one you will need an adapter that costs 99
