Always be aware of what you are opening and where it came from.
 
And try to remember that any genuine warning from OS X will at least be grammatically correct - if the pop-up isn't then it's a good sign that it's not genuine. "...have detected Trojans and ready to remove them"??

Anyone seen this mac virus before?

It is not a virus - a virus installs itself without asking the user.

It is a trojan (as in "trojan horse"); you have to install it yourself for it to cause damage. So just put it in the trash and empty the trash. Don't install any software unless it comes from a trusted source.
