New Macbook Air keyboard and pad do not work

    Had it for one day and everyththing worked fine. Opened it up today and the keyboard lights up but will not work and either will the pad. Hooked up a USB keyboard and that worked so I don't know what is going on. Restarted multiple times and all I get is a bluetooth assistant stating it cannot find a keyboard.

    It is a brand new 13" base MBA.

    Any ideas?

    I'd say return it to the store, being a new revision always going to be the odd one with an issue.

    I am very confident you shall walk out with another and their apologies.

    Dont even bother, just take it back and get a new one.
