I just returned my base model 13" Air to the Apple store. And I just ordered the maxxed out 13" Air online

A few of us were able to get 4G of ram, they all had shipped out of Tenn not China, I received mine Friday, and also a few others , some are being delivered today.
Seems Tenn. had a stock pre made.

The only person who claimed similar to you posted "proof" and was called on it, admitting a prank.
Right now you are the only known user on the planet with a CTO rig built in TN and delivered last week.
And you've failed to substantiate any of your claims or post any of the tests you were asked to, even after saying you would repeatedly. So don't be too surprised that people are questioning your claims as being fabricated or even simple naïveté of someone who doesn't know how to take and post a screenshot.

I got burned. Apple shipment info from my order on the 21st said both my case and 13" BTO AIR with 4GB RAM shipped from Tenn. and would arrive tomorrow (I'm in FL). Now I got a new update that it went out on that damn Shanghai flight this morning . What a tease!!!!! Now I have to wait until Friday.

I tried it in the Apple store. Its considerably faster than the current Macbooks and Pros. Its litterally instant on and fully usable, whereas the other portables, there would be a couple of seconds wait.

I'm reading this thread with a lot of interest. I didn't order mine until yesterday, and I got a message back immediately saying it had shipped. This morning when I examined it more carefully I saw it was just the Superdrive I'd ordered. Sadness!
I am guessing it will be next week before I get it.

The reason is, I have to sell my 13 inch MBP to pay for this one, and understanding the timing would be helpful for me. Would you mind posting a screenshot for us? I would personally appreciate it!

Yeah, the printer went on one shipment, the case on another, and finally, finally the MBA. Weird that the case shipment also said the MBA was included. Upon closer inspection though the box weight was only 1.3 lbs. Not even the Air is that light.....yet.
I vaguely recall the printer rebate offer....I was clicking too fast. Is it only good at time of purchase of the MBA itself?
I think that is correct - only at the time of purchase. A 99$ upfront payment for an all-in-one. Then you enter the serial number from the box to credit your account. I thought it might be useful for the home office.
