Just guessing. 8gb RAM might be only on the 13" Ultimate BTO since the 13" might be the models that will get the 4gb standard.

Nope. 8gb isnt even an option. They max out at 4gb.

The rumor he linked to was right wasn't it? The 11" still doesn't have 4 GB as standard. The 13" does, now.
