New Macbook Pro 13; Disconnect Battery?

Are you disconnecting the battery when you switch HDs or install RAM? The manual does not mention it, so I did not when I switched HDs. RAM has arrived from Newegg, so I thought I'd ask before installing it today.

I didn't, so it won't void the warranty (I recall there is a label on the battery says it voids the warranty if the battery is replaced or whatnot, maybe I was mistaken).

Just replaced mine last night with a WD Scorpion Blue 500 Gb following these instructions.
