Hello,

I have the new 15'' MBP. I and looking for a compatible docking station but seem to have problems finding one that works. I purchased the OWC USB-C Dock but it isn't compatible with 15'' model only 13'' according to OWC support. My needs for a dock are simple:

1. Plug into HDMI monitors (2 ports if possible)
2. Ethernet
3. USB connections (about 2 is fine)
4. ability to charge laptop while docked.

Anyone have any suggestions. Right now I have the Apple Multiport adapter and a Belkin USB-C Ethernet but would rather only have a total of 1 plug-in link. Also I can only have 1 HDMI so need a solution to plug in 2 monitors.

At the moment I'm using my elgato 2 which has my USB ports, 3.5, Ethernet and hdmi/mini display port. It was from my old setup so I plug that into my Apple tb3-tb2 adapter. Then I use the multi port for my 2nd monitor via hdmi and have my charger in it. Kinda clunky but at least it's only 2 cables and I can reuse my original dock. I'm aiming for the future to get a newer dock but need to test to see if 2 hdmi monitors can work off that dock over tb3/USB C

I'd wait for one of the Thunderbolt 3 docking stations coming out within the next few months. Many of them have an HDMI port built in and a downstream Thunderbolt 3 port which could accept a second HDMI adapter.
