New Macbook Pro 17" Screen Failure

    Did I make a right choice to be an early adopter or was it just bad QC on Apple's part?

    Got my new Macbook Pro today and w/the antiglare and the screen wouldn't turn on no matter what I did. After a full power reset, it turned on, but only to find out the bottom of the screen was all messed up. Looked like a thumb prints of shadows all over the bottom like the screen was crushed between the case.

    Anyone else have display problems?

    Applecare couldn't do anything and told me to send it in to the Apple store and they would ship me another one. But Apple store said thats not normal so called the online store and got a run around and after like 3 hours + just refunded me to reorder another unit. Sigh. Another wait time....
