New Macbook Pro and hardshell case

I was thinking about getting a hardshell case for the macbook pro. However with all this controversy with heating I was wondering if a hardshell would affect the macbook's temps even more. Can anyone who has a case on their new macbook pro give some insight on the temp differences? If there even is any?

Well actually the bigger issue at the moment is that hardshell cases on the market right now don't seem to fit the new Magsafe connector:
