visiting the uk this july and am wondering if there is a new macbook pro scheduled within the coming few months? Looking at the 15inch i7 model.

Apple doesn't tell anyone when a new product is going to be released...and when they do, you'll be notified by popular media. 🙂

Very unlikely, as they just have been updated in April, and Apple takes between six to nine months to update their mobile computer line.

The new MBP's only got released in April, it's unlikely a new update will be announced until towards the end of the year.
