How is your new Macbook Pro? What about the battery? Anything strange? My friend's new Macbook Pro's battery is getting hotter, anything to worry about?

Mac Book Pro heating under vista..

    Hi,

Have a problem when working under vista with boot camp - when run as native osx not problems at all - it gets to 50 degrees C and cools at that temperature - with Vista under boot camp it goes up to 70..

    Regards,
    K.

70 is a typical temperature. It can reach 90?+ during gaming, so its nothing to worry about. My battery is warm (older Macbook Pro) but not hot to the touch.

If you're paranoid, get Temperature monitor and have it monitor the battery, if applicable.
