I did some cursory searches and didn't see anyone talking about it. So either I'm more anal than I think or this isn't normal.
I just unwrapped my new mid-2009 13 inch macbook pro unibody. And I've noticed that near the kensington lock hole, the bottom case doesn't quite mate up as nicely as the rest of the case. Given apple's talk about how detailed and perfect that their new manufacturing process is, I am just surprised to see such a fit and finish lapse.
If this doesn't sound normal I'll try to see if I can't get some pics to show what I'm talking about. Otherwise I guess I'll just have to learn to love it... or start filing
