Hello Everyone...
I recently purchased the new MBP 15" and I have only had it for about 11 days. Recently I started to have a problem w/ iTunes as I am watching something it would freeze up the whole computer and the only way for me to do anything is t reboot it. So then I call Apple care and as I got on the phone w/ a tech he had me uninstall and reinstall (as if I didn't try this already) but the same problems continue to happen, and this is not just with movies this is w/ tv hows as well. At first I thought it was because I was using an external Hard drive but then I transfered some files over to the main hard drive and boom the same thing happened... I called up the Apple store just a few minutes ago and they would like to take a look at it I just decided to post this to see if anyone else had this problem.
Thanks for listening...
