So is there any site I could buy one tomorrow and not pay tax? I see some talking about Amazon not getting them for a few weeks. Guessing it would be the same with MacMall and any other site? some reports coming out, one was from cnet, were that the updates might not be posted until after the intel lightpeak event at 10am in california.
