I was gonna point out how they haven't invented a 500Gb SSD drive yet...

Nah, he's referring to the fact that it's not possible for a SSD to be 500 GB - it can only be doubled going from 1. (1, 2, 4, 8, 16, 32, and so on so on). Sort of like bits.

512 GB of SSD, then we're talking possible.
