Just glad to say that it seems apple has shaped up and my new white macbook 2.0ghz has none of the problems people have been listing. So i think macbooks are safe to buy without worry....for now.

I'm glad yours is free from problems that have plagued others. Let's hope a good trend is underway.
 
Actually, there have been problem-free macbooks since its release. The problems only affected some of the macbooks, while others were fine. I'm glad you got a great product, but just because yours is fine isn't really a basis for claiming that Apple has fixed all of the problems and everyone's purchase will be as good as yours.

This is good news, though. I also hope Apple has fixed the problems with the macbook. It seems that we are recieving less complaints on the board, which is also a good sign. 🙂
