New macbook?

Hi, im getting a macbook for XMAS

the current cheapest model withthe HE discount is £644 on the apple UK store

which is pretty much my max budget anyway


is there any chance though that this model is going to get changed any time soon?

I suggest buying it, there won't be any update soon and get what you need when you need it, if you want to wait then you might aswell wait forever.

The laptop lineup doesn't tend to get huge hardware upgrades either - even if you're a model or two behind, everything will still run just great for years to come.
