Would’ve nice to switch between the Studio and work PC and have just the one keyboard and trackpad/mouse

Anyone tried using these with a PC?

Yes they will work on PC, with a few caveats. Of course, you can't use TouchID on PC. You can use the mouse or trackpad to click, but all the multitouch gestures will not work. So for basic keyboard and mouse needs, they will do just fine, but for all the Apple extra features, they need macOS to be enabled

I have MX Keys at the moment but all the more advanced features aren't useable as I can't install the Logitech software on my work laptop for security reasons (lazy tech people more like), so I may as well have a gimped mac laptop instead there which is awesome on my personal setup!

I can confirm the 2022 Black Magic Trackpad works on Win10 just like a regular 2 button mouse, no thrills.
Gestures don’t work including swiped L/R to change browser (Firefox, Edge, or Chrome) history (Back or forward pages).

TrackPad rocks on iPad Pro though - absolutely LOVE it.

Oh! Hadn't even thought about that. Do you have a way to switch fast between iPad and desktop/laptop?

You will face bluetooth pairing each time switching from Mac to PC. And vice versa.

The best way to use a single kit with more than 1 computer is MX Keys and MX Anywhere. ?

As you have it, mind that you have to just hit a key to change the device paired.

Using Apple’s Magic Keyboard and Mouse in Windows can be tricky if you can‘t install third party software. It will be more messy than Logitech’s.

But if you can use Magic Utilities which is a great piece of software that enables almost all gestures and gimmicks from Apple hardware.

Ah that’s a shame - MX Keys is great for this!

Yes, it is. You can swap the paired device easily. I think that's why so much people have logitech's hardware.

Bluetooth pairing isn't an easy process and Apple is making big money turning it easily, since you keep using the devices in Apple's ecosystem. For instance, shifting AirPods from Mac to iPhone is so smooth...
