New Magic Mouse with iPad Air 2?

I read that Apple just added Bluetooth 4.2 to the iPad Air 2. Is there any way the new Magic Mouse would work with the iPad Air 2?

I don't believe any mouse including the Magic Mouse will work with the iPad Air 2.

I agree. IDevices are not designed to work with a mouse.

Darn I was hoping you could as I use my Air as a laptop and would sometimes rather use a mouse instead of my finger.

You can. iOS 9 has just been jailbroken. You can jailbreak your Air and install support for a bluetooth mouse. I'm seriously considering that for my Air 2. I've done it in the past (iPad 1 and iPad 2) and it worked very well.
