For the MagSafe charger:
The previous firmware version was 174 (9M5069), and the new version is 247 (10M229).
The new firmware is installed automatically for users, with no mechanism available to manually force an update. As long as the MagSafe Charger is connected to power and your iPhone the update should -- eventually -- install automatically. From AppleInsider

For the AirPods:
As of right now, firmware version 4C165 is only rolling out for all AirPods Apple sells, which are AirPods 2, AirPods 3, AirPods Pro, and AirPods Max. Apple does not appear to be rolling out updates for any Beats headphones today. From 9 to 5 Mac

That’d be a first wouldn’t it? Don’t each AirPods generation have their own firmware?
