New Mail Sound??

I was wondering if there was a way to change the sound of a new mail notification???

What about setting it so it makes the sound but doesn't vibrate? I'd still like it to vibrate when ringing, but, when it vibrates to let me know I have mail when I'm on the phone it scares the $#!t out of me every single time!!!😱
