It highly suggested it.

I'm glad to see them paying attention to detail, as well as being forward-thinking. Each are good qualities in a company.
Not really. If you are in that area, to get onto 208 North, you will have to simply make a left turn from the De Anza Blvd. overpass above. The map basically tells you that you will need to make a left turn from De Anza Blvd. to get onto 280 North, and, surprise surprise, that is in fact what you will need to do in real life.

Granted, it doesn't specifically show a small entrance/merge lane that you'll turn into to get onto 280 North, but pretty much all highway entrances work that way.

If you drew this using a pen on a paper map to show someone directions somewhere, that is how you would end up drawing it. People just don't really think things through when they simply blindly follow some internet "meme" thinking its clever somehow.

I'm aware of the area. It really isn't worth arguing extensively - nor was my post a blind repost of any internet meme - but it seems necessary to share my rationale. The entryway to 208 is not small relative to the detail on the map icon. Look at the detail with the roads in Aviare's complex, for example. The icon lacked clarity, and lent itself to being likened to the general unpolished release of Apple's mapping effort.

Tell that to the people that have driven in rivers and stuff then tried to sue the GPS compaines. :p

I am more than happy to tell it to their face. They are idiots. They shouldn't be suing anyone for their own stupidity. Then again I live in the US where stupidity is regularly rewarded from lawsuits of all sorts.

Just because it happens doesn't make it right.

+1 I agree with ya not right at all but it does happen and people try to sue.
