New Maverick Update

Hi, I have downloaded the new Maverick update. When I try to update Adobe Photoshop Elements 10, after the download its says the following:

“Adobe Photoshop Elements 10 Editor” is damaged and can’t be opened. Delete “Adobe Photoshop Elements 10 Editor” and download it again from the App Store.

Fortunately I am able to restore to original Elements from Back-up.

Also iMovies will not download properly. It says there was a download problem error.

Can anyone please help.
