I have a new MacBook Pro. The surfaces of the keys are flat and this means that the nails of my two middle fingers keep hitting the keys, click-scratch-tap-scratch!
So for the first time ever in my laptop history, I have to keep my nails painfully short. And, I had to learn from my better half how to file my nails!

Has Mac completely abandoned the needs of its ordinary users?

Either you have really long nails, or you're holding your hands in the wrong position for typing properly

I have now officially seen everything...

Huh? My nailes don't have to be super short in order to type... but I will say that I don't sport talons, either. Just how short is super short, to you?
