New MBA i5 slower instant on

my new macbook air is slower with the instant on than my 2010 model...what gives

This video on 9to5mac shows its actually faster, maybe it depends on which ssd you got, from what i understand some ppl get toshiba some get samsung

Probably has more to do with Lion or something else than hardware.
