Wait..is the new MBP 13 i7 faster than the previous MBP 17 i7 judging only by processor standards NOT GPU!

Because if this is true isn't that a huge achievement for Apple?

I am no computer guy so...this causes me much excitement because my next laptop shall be the high end MBP 13 !
