Honestly with the current crop of consoles, why spend $2K+ for a gaming experience only to have next years games not run on your computer anymore. The only "games" I have on my MBP are in Win XP, and the 2 are Virtual RC and RealFlight G4 so that I can practice my racing skills and flying skills during a downtime.

I do understand if you buy your $2K+ for work, and on the side, when you have time (because you know, you have a job) you play a couple games...

I doubt Crysis will play all too well on the new MBP at max settings. Most likely you can get it playable, but not at the level it was meant to be displayed at. I played Supreme Commander Forged Allience once in a blue moon (an older game, now deleted), and even that cant play great at max seettings on my MBP with the latest drivers from laptopvideo2go.

I would never expect it to run at max settings. It ran on Medium/low settings on my friend's Geforce 6800, and medium on my parent's iMac with an X1600. I'd be fine with medium and high on maybe textures.
