I just got my new SR MBP from Amazon. It came with Leopard on CD, so I installed overwriting everything that was already on the hard drive.

Now I no longer have programs like Garage band, iDVD, Aperture, ect..

Anyone know how I could get these programs back?

They're included on the restore DVDs. You can either reinstall Leopard (and this time select the iStuff) or pop in the restore disks and install them manually.

Leopard as in the retail version or as in the actual MacBook Pro disc? If the MBP one it'll be on the DVD. Otherwise you'll have to buy iLife 08'.

The ilife stuff should be on the second disc included with your computer.

I never even bothered to reinstall the 08 version. Maybe I should get around to doing that!
