New MBP screen freeze - a first for me

Been with several Macs with never a screen freeze. Now with new 2015 rMBP 13", boom. A screen freeze with no pointer movement. I was able to do a restart, but I was a bit surprised the screen froze. Any ideas as to why that may have happened?

It could be a lot of different things. I wouldn't worry about it unless it happens consistently. If that were the case, you can then look at kernel logs and pay attention to other hardware symptoms to try to determine the issue.
