new MBP screen seems offset slights to the left Is this Normal?

I'm looking at my display and its right up to the edge on the left bezel but there's like a couple millimeters of black between where the display ends and the bezel on the right Is this a defect, normal or can I recenter the display

Yes it's normal. Most are either a few millimeters offset to the left or right.
