New MBP - Snow Leopard order just won't work.

It keeps telling me to correct the purchase date. But it is correct!

Have you tried trying one day later? Or maybe two days later than you actually ordered?

The reason I ask is sometimes when you order something, it actually doesn't get processed until the next business day.

When I ordered my MBP, I didn't get the order acknowledgment until the next day.

There is always the possibility of paying the extra *Gasp* $20.

The same thing happened to me so I left it for a day or two and then tried again without any problems.

Make sure your on the correct apple store, like the US one or the UK one or the Canadian one, etc.

I had this same problem, but I tried on the computer that I actually bought my Macbook on, and it worked right away.. It even showed like 9 quantities in the order, meaning that the server got my order, but never showed me the checkout screen.

Anyone in the Uk, being able to process order, I had the same problem as original poster. Waited a day and worked fine, now it lets me qualify 3 machines, go to checkout and there is nothing in my basket.
