Truly tiny: When running my hand over the back of my new 15" MBP, my finger snagged on one of the screws, which was sticking up *just* a bit. The screw's threads were not cut all the way up to the underside of the screw head -- either a defective screw or the wrong screw inserted during assembly.

Stopped by the local Apple Store last night and it was immediately replaced. VERY happy with the machine, its build quality otherwise, and the store staff's response.

I suppose you can call it a "build issue" although it was found, replaced, and all is well...and then you told your story.
