now before i say anything, this isnt a thread to criticize the mbp, but rather just wondering if apple will incorporate some of the same technologies that are in this new asus laptop
so anyway, the asus g50v-a2 is a new revision on a 15" gaming laptop. pretty cool internals, but the casing looks like something a 12 year old would love.
- c2d montevina 2.53ghz / 1066mhz fsb
- 4gb 800mhz ddr2 memory
- 2x200gb 7200rpm hdd's
- geforce 9700m 512mb gddr3
- bluray drive
- external sata port
- led displays with changable computer performance modes
now i know the mbp isnt really a gaming comp, but i dont see why some if not most of these technologies cant be incorporated into the next installment of the mbp. i feel like it would be falling behind as an elite notebook if apple does not use some of these. thoughts???
