If you consider "removable" as the need to unscrew 10 screws to open the bottom panel , remove a sticker then unscrew a couple of tri-wing screws ; yes it is , otherwise , it's not user replaceable

The battery is slightly higher capacity, other than that, no nothing has changed.

If the user removed the sticker to replace the battery, will the warranty be voided?
