Just about to post that.
It's just the spec page.
Battery life dropped for the 15". 8-9 hours down to 7.
Edit: Misread, all models dropped in battery life.
I noticed that. The Quad -Core has to eat.
Really ? Have to handle 2200 bucks to get a decent video card ?!?! this is just ridiculous!
Thank you apple , you managed to screw it up.
Wait, is it maybe due to them using the new battery test they used on the Air?
I think so. The features page says this:
Not impressed. No need to upgrade or buy another.
The battery life hasn't decreased, they're just stating more realistic hours now.
Overall I'm not at all disappointed that I didn't wait and got my 2010 i7. The absolute only thing that I would personally find useful on the new ones is Thunderbolt, but that's about it...
So anyone know anything about this new graphics card? How much better is it?
Hold the phone, they proudly claim that Thunderbolt can handle up to six devices?
I thought Firewire and USB could handle waaay more than that?
I think the major problem is that one cannont fit more ram slots into the mbp so they would actually be able to use more ram. More cores more ram... that's how it should go
Apart from that, I guess AE, Premiere and photoshop 64bit wont mind the xtra 2 cores
matte screen... it is an option? if so does it cost more? haven't seen anything on it yet.
Its the quad core. Their battery test have always been accurate in the past or even exceeded their specs. Apple is one of the few companies that does not lie about their battery life.
