New mini or imac

Looking to get a new desktop in the new year. Can't decided between which to get. I want to rip bike rays to my HTPC and windows games and a few mac games. Dual monitor setup

Thoughts or suggestions.

Don't know what a bike ray is.

Anyhow, if you need to ask the question, most likely you don't need the more expensive item.

I am probably going to end up with a maxed out mini and decent displays
