In march my jack stick for my headphones didn't work, so I got a new motherboard, at first it was slow, the start up time was 1 min 10 sec, and they said in the store that it have to get use to the new components, but now it is really slow, the start up time is almost 2 min and so on, so what do I do? -should I deleted the Harddrive? -or any other advice?

It's an MacBook 2,4 Ghz alu, 4 GB DDR ram, 250 Gb HDD from march 2009?
